at Lamplight and the Pratt's Wayne Woods Forest Preserve. We eagerly welcome competitors from
all over the country to participate in the ultimate competition for eventers at every level,

PRE-ORDERING SHAVINGS and HAY FOR THE AEC:
To preorder shavings and hay, contact Carol at mauijimshavings@sbcglobal.net.
The cost is $8 per bag of shavings and $8 per bale of hay.
Shavings and hay will be sold on the competition grounds from
Monday, 9/8 through Sunday, 9/14.
Carol will be available at the East end of the B barn to take your orders and receive payment
from 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM on these days. Cash, check or major credit cards accepted. Shavings
will be delivered to your stall the same day. Please plan accordingly and place your order
within the time frame above. Please indicate the day and approximate time that you will be
arriving.
We are limiting the RV sites with hook ups to 30.
Please reserve early.

The cross country courses are located on public land owned by the Forest Preserve District of
DuPage County. We are privileged to be allowed to use this land. Following are two rules set
down by the County, and your cooperation with them will be very much appreciated.
- NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED ON FOREST PRESERVE LAND.
- EXCEPT FOR GOLF CARTS FOR WHICH WE HAVE A PERMIT, NO UNLICENSED MOTORIZED VEHICLES ARE
ALLOWED ON FOREST PRESERVE LAND. THIS INCLUDES UNLICENSED DIRT BIKES AND ATVs THAT MANY OF
YOU USE TO “WALK” COURSES.
Please help us keep the County happy so our courses will be available to us for many years to
